An invitation to come and explore what your breath can unlock and activate in you.
We begin with the breath analysis. Then the seven techniques, taught in a way that is remembered in the body, so that every time you travel into a journey you continue to build that relationship with your breath.
Then you choose what is true, how much time you have, and how much depth you would like your journey to hold. The app will do the rest.
Seven techniques, each one explained. Three, five and ten minute timers that hold the count so you can practise on a work day without deciding anything.
A quantum space where everything is possible and limitation comes off. The longer journeys, recorded in full and held like no other.
Three rooms built on the Orygen Breathwork AI. Ask, voice note, and drop in with what is alive for you, at any hour.
It is the part almost nobody teaches, and the reason the rest of the app works.
Chest, ribs, belly. Where the movement is actually happening rather than where you would like it to be.
Up and out, or down and wide. The direction tells you what your body is preparing for.
Smooth, stepped, held at one end. Shape is where the day shows up first.
Where the breath waits, and whether that pause is rest or bracing.
Faster than the moment requires, or slower than the moment allows.
How much work it is taking. The one that answers what you have been calling tiredness.
Something that would take you through the breath, so you could stop calculating and actually be in it. This is that space. The facilitation is held for you, out loud, and the guesswork comes out of the practice.
Each technique is explained, then timed, with the focus line and the contraindications on the screen before you begin.
The full exhale and the pause at the bottom. The most grounding thing here.
A rest at the top of the breath. Attention widens rather than sharpens.
A two part inhale through the mouth. The most charged breath we teach and the one you steer.
A connected mouth breath, soft as fogging a mirror.
Nasal, into the belly and the pelvis. Where weight belongs.
Short counted bursts. Movement, warmth and a clear finish.
A voiced exhale. Sound shows you where your body ends.
Short practices that build a relationship with your own breath before anything is asked of it. Day one is Meet Your Breath, five minutes, and it does not ask you to change a thing.
Free to everyone, including women who have never done this before. It is the honest way in and it is open the moment you arrive.
There is a practice for just about every moment we could think of, including the moments that were never really made accessible to us. Everything is available from day one, in one place, and none of it is asking to be finished. You pick your season, and the app meets you where you are.
Choose the pattern and the count is held for you. Practice that fits inside a work day, without a decision at the front of it.
Resting rate, a comfortable hold, and the heart rate your watch already recorded during a session. Drawn plainly, with no readiness score and no colour telling you how your body did.
Eight weeks on one field, brighter where the practice was longer. There are no streaks anywhere in the app, so nothing resets because you had a hard week.
The seasons arrive whether or not the calendar agrees with them. There is something here for the night before, the morning after, and the long middle of it.
This is the space for the longer journey. We travel with a variety of shamanic meditation journeys, ranging from womb space and embodiment, to higher levels of consciousness, to wealth blocks and money repatterning, alongside conscious connected breathwork recorded in full.
It is a transformational space held like no other, with the arc carried the whole way through and the return made as carefully as the departure.
A timer that breathes with you, cueing every shift of the breath as it arrives, so there is no cognitive overload and nothing to think your way through. You follow, and the count is carried.
Breathe with it at any time. Nothing is recorded, nothing is scored, and it ends on its own.
Three rooms, built on a customised Orygen Breathwork intelligence. This is not somewhere you go to be agreed with. It does not people please, and it will not simply hand back what you wanted to hear. It proposes quality questions that expand the subconscious mind and move past the rational layers, so the thing underneath finally gets air.
Instead of opening a general chat window at two in the morning to try to work yourself out, you come here. It has been programmed on more than a decade of practice and four hundred hours of training and study with world class mentors, and it uses neuro linguistic programming so the questions actually move something.
Ask it. Voice note it. Drop in with whatever is alive for you right now and start bringing your power back through the quality of the question you are being asked.
Type it, or hold to talk. It answers in the rhythm you arrived in.
Built on the Orygen work rather than on the whole internet.
Nothing written here is visible to anybody else, including us.
Where did you first notice it today?
Halfway through a meeting. Chest went tight and I kept talking.
What did you do with the tightness while you kept talking?
Held it. I always hold it until the drive home.
Certified facilitators and women currently training hold a different room inside the app. It opens the day you enrol and it stays open afterwards.
The facilitation library in a room. Talk it out after a session, or search the question register mid week.
Session timers you build yourself, so you pick and choose your music and your sequence before anybody walks in.
Hit play, choose where you want your tracks to land, and stop worrying about any of it in the room.
Everything you teach, in one place, so you can build phenomenal spaces for the people you work with.
Screening, contraindications, the referral pathway and the aftercare, ready to use.
Guidance with building out your programs, the practical tools behind the work, and the energetics that hold it up.
Promote and host what you have coming up, so everyone in the app can find you and connect with you.
Your own page inside the app, so a woman looking for a facilitator can see who you are and how you work.
Connect directly with your senior mentors for ongoing support, rather than carrying a hard session alone.
Yours as an act of gratitude, for expanding the collective.
One day of the month there is a room, and we gather as a collective. Everybody in it is doing the same thing at the same time, which is the part a recording cannot do.
Each workshop is then kept as a replay, so the collection continues to build over time and you can return to any of them whenever you need that room again.
It is also where you meet and connect with our Orygen Breathwork™ facilitators, in person on the screen rather than through a profile.
Beside You · three to twenty minutes
What you practise today becomes their normal. So the children in the house are included and held in this space, with a variety of practices from three to twenty minutes that can be done together or on their own.
It is an innovative way to promote healthy screen time, and there is no conscious connected breathing and no breath retention anywhere in this section.
Most of what makes an app feel urgent was designed to. None of that is here, and none of it is coming.
Nothing resets because you had a hard week, and no notification will ever tell you that something is at risk.
Your morning question, at a time you choose, and nothing else.
A single reading moves with sleep, caffeine and where you are in your cycle. We show the line and we leave the interpreting to you.
Everything is open for those seven days. No lock in contract, no minimum term, and you can move between monthly and annual whenever it suits you.
The whole practice, month to month, cancelled from inside the app whenever you want.
Everything added during your year is already yours. The library, the rooms and the live workshops keep being built, so an annual membership never stops evolving.
The seven techniques, the three, five and ten minute timers, and Read Your Breath™. That is not a trial and it does not expire.
Two logins on your own code, for as long as you are practising, plus the facilitator space and The Mentor.
Women training with Orygen Breathwork™ have the app, the live room and the cohort space from the day they enrol.
One email with the link, and the seven days begin when you open it.
Heartbreak. Separation. Grief. Manifestation. Wealth. The morning you cannot name yet and the night you would rather not sit in alone.
Orygen Breathwork™ is a wellbeing, education and personal development practice. It is not therapy, diagnosis or medical care and nothing here replaces advice from a doctor or a registered practitioner. The stronger practices are not suitable during pregnancy, or with cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, unmanaged bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, recent surgery or injury, or glaucoma. Never practise in water or while driving. You can stop at any point and stopping is not a failure of the practice.
Seven days, open, and a breath that has been waiting to be read.
